The Lawrence County Historical Society is pleased to host an enchanting live performance, ‘An Evening with Mark Twain’ – American’s foremost writer and “greatest humorist the United Stated has ever produced”.

Mark and Sara, founders of the Largely Literary Theatre Company, are dedicated to promoting literature, literacy and live theatre. Their performance will feature the life and works of Mark Twain.
Mark Dawidziak is an internationally recognized Mark Twain scholar and has portrayed Twain on stage for more than 40 years. Famed documentarian Ken Burns has said, “Nobody gets Mark Twain the way Mark Dawidziak does”.
